About this session
Kick off the sprints by hearing from project leads as they introduce the projects looking for contributors. A great way to find a project that interests you before you settle in for the day.
If you're leading a project
Keep it to about 30 seconds per project. A good blurb covers:
- What the project does: a one-sentence description for people who've never heard of it.
- What you're working on at sprints: the specific goal(s) for you at sprints
- Experience required: skills, languages, or experience contributors should already have, or "none, we'll pair with you."
- Where to find you: where in the room you'll be sitting, or how to spot you.
